Please make sure your camera is online. You can check the LED status on the camera back. If it’s normally in green light, the camera is online. If the LED is off, it indicates that the camera can’t get IP address successfully. In this case, please check and make sure your router has got its DHCP service available. If the LED is flashing in green, it indicates that the camera has gotten IP address but not yet connected with the server. Please wait for some minutes till the LED is normally in green light.
After submitting correct WiFi password, the WiFi page will shift to the camera list page. And a prompt will appear indicating what to do. Following the prompt, please wait for 15 secs and unplug the network cable and power cord from the camera. After the camera name changes into red from green, please replug the power cord in order to reboot the camera. Then wait for some minutes till the camera name changes into green again. After that, click the camera to play. If the video can be successfully accessed, your WiFi is successfully configured and you are able to move the camera to anywhere within the WiFi range.
After successfully configuring the WiFi, the camera will remember the WiFi. Even if the power supply has ever been stopped, the camera can reconnect to the WiFi again after the power supply becomes normal.
If the firmware has been the latest one, there is no valid button for firmware update.
